TUNNING GROUP LLC · Help, contact and common questions

MarkHub is a profit-analytics and listing-management dashboard for Amazon sellers, built by TUNNING GROUP LLC. This page is public: you do not need an account to read it or to contact us.

What to include when you write to us

The more of this you send in the first message, the faster we can fix it — most delays come from having to ask for these details:

Please do not send your Amazon password or any buyer personal data. MarkHub never asks for your Amazon password, and we do not need buyer details to investigate.

Common questions

Connecting your Amazon account

You connect through Amazon's own authorization flow (OAuth) from Seller Central — you approve the connection on Amazon's side and MarkHub never sees your Amazon password. Once connected, MarkHub can read your orders and order items, your own listings, pricing and Buy Box data, fees and reports, and it can create, update or remove your own offers when you ask it to. It cannot access another seller's account, and it does not store buyer name, street address, phone, email or payment information. You can revoke access at any time in Seller Central under Apps & Services, which immediately stops MarkHub from reaching your account. Full breakdown on the Features page.

Why does my data look out of date?

MarkHub is not a live mirror of Seller Central. It syncs your account on a schedule in the background, so a very recent order, price change or listing edit can take a while to appear, and Amazon itself only publishes some figures (fees and settlement data in particular) after a delay on its side. If a number still looks wrong after a full sync cycle, send us the order ID or SKU and a screenshot of both screens and we will trace it.

Supplier monitoring

You link each SKU to its supplier's public product page and MarkHub tracks that page's price and availability, so you find out your cost moved before your margin does. This reads the supplier's own public page and uses no Amazon data. If a supplier link stops updating, it is usually because the supplier changed the page structure or blocked automated access — send us the SKU and the link and we will check it.

Is repricing safe?

Repricing is seller-controlled and off until you configure it. MarkHub only writes a price to a listing according to the strategy you set up or on your explicit action, always inside your own account. Every strategy is bounded by a minimum profit floor: MarkHub will not push a price below the floor you define, so it cannot chase a competitor down into a loss. You can pause or disable repricing at any time.

Billing, plan changes and cancellation

Billing is handled by Stripe; MarkHub stores billing details only and never mixes them with your Amazon data. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan from the Billing screen in the dashboard. Cancelling stops future charges and keeps your access until the end of the period you already paid for. If you cannot reach the Billing screen for any reason, email us and we will handle it for you.

Deleting your data

Write to support@usemarkhub.com from the email address on the account and ask for deletion. We delete your workspace and the data in it, and revoke the stored Amazon authorization token. Limited order location data (city and state/region only) is erased automatically 30 days after the order regardless of any request. You can also cut MarkHub off immediately yourself by revoking access in Seller Central under Apps & Services.

Your data

What MarkHub reads, what it never stores, how it is isolated per workspace, how it is encrypted and how long it is kept are all described in detail on our Data handling & Security page and in our Privacy Policy. Any question about data access or a data request can go straight to support@usemarkhub.com.
